BOISE, Idaho – Eliyah Flores is transferring to play softball at Boise State, head coach Justin Shults announced, Wednesday.

Flores played three seasons (2018-20) at Oklahoma before sitting out the 2021 campaign.

With the Sooners, Flores started 35 games, including all 24 as a junior in 2020. She made starts in the outfield and three infield positions during her career.

"We are excited to add Elyiah," Shults said. "She has an elite work ethic and brings tons of experience to our program. Her versatility in the infield and power at the plate will be a huge asset for us."

As a freshman in 2018, she batted .321 with a .457 on-base percentage and was named to the All-Big 12 Freshman Team.
